Terms & Conditions for vs789 Platform Use

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on vs789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vs789 does not permit use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any given jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominees, and third-party account arrangements are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of vs789, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on vs789 at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with balances voided.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period on the vs789 Platform that remains in effect at the time of attempted registration or login.

By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that all information you have provided is truthful, accurate, and complete, and that you satisfy all eligibility conditions set out above. vs789 may in its sole discretion decline to register any applicant without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

2. Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vs789 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

• You must notify vs789 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• vs789 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current, as these are used for account verification and communications.
• vs789 reserves the right to require additional verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, withdrawal, and bonus redemption.
• All KYC documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered, and belong to the account holder. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

vs789 operates a one-account policy. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or gifted to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will be considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

The following financial conditions apply to all vs789 accounts:

Deposits made to the vs789 Platform wallet may only be used for the purpose of betting and gaming on the Platform. Deposited funds that have not been used for any wagering activity may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is processed.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the vs789 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. vs789 does not accept requests to cancel or void confirmed bets except in circumstances where the Platform itself has made a manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game parameters, vs789 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player wallets.
• All sports betting odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• For live in-play betting, the Platform may suspend markets at any time. Any bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and stakes returned.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Help section of the Platform.
• Casino game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG systems of the relevant game provider. vs789 has no ability to influence or alter game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a casino game session, the Platform will resume the session from the last confirmed game state, as recorded by the game server.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification

• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the vs789 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, icons, software code, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of vs789 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of vs789.
• You may not use the vs789 brand, name, logo, or any other trademark for any commercial or promotional purpose without express written authorisation.
• Game content (graphics, sounds, game mechanics) is the intellectual property of the respective game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe) and is subject to their own intellectual property terms.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform for any purpose without vs789's express written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vs789 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

vs789 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical defects. vs789's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vs789 wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

vs789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance (i.e., real-money funds excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings under investigation) will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. In cases of closure due to breach of these Terms, vs789 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance.

The failure of vs789 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of vs789's right to enforce that provision in the future.
